Corsair VX550w sufficient for this?

Hello,
I need to know if the Corsair VX550 would be enough for the configuration below?

Core i5 2500k
Intel DH67CL
Kingston DDR3 2x4GB 1333MHz
GTX 770 or GTX 760 OC
OCZ Agility 3 120gb + 160gb HDD

I will not be overclocking, but need to know if the psu will handle the gtx 770 stock or Factory OC (MSI 770 TF 2GD5/OC) or better bet to stay with a 760 with Factory OC?
I will be playing on 1080p and plan to upgrade other components later

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 770 graphics card a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 35 Amps or greater and that has at least one 6-pin and one 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors is recommended.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous...
