Upgrading PC. Will the FX-6350 work?

So my current specs are:

Intel Core i3 3220
Corsair Vengeance LP 2x4 8GB
MSI B75ma-e33
GTX 650 OC
Case: Powerlogic Azzura 3000 (Full ATX)

And I'm going to upgrade to:

FX-6350
ASUS R9 270x directcu top oc 2GB
Corsair H75
ASuS R9 270x directcu top oc 2GB
ASuS M5A97 LE R2.0 Am3+
Corsair Tx 750 watt

Looking to OC.

Any bottlenecks etc, and will my case
fit the AMD Board?
