Asus z871 deluxe MB red light on Boot

So I just got everything connected on my z871 and I cannot seem to get my samsung TV to recognize it. Furthermore, I have a series of red flashing lights before it finally lands on BOOT LED. or something, I can't really tell. Everything seems to be working fine, though I do not have a video card, mouse, or keyboard connected to the tower. Do I need a video card? Is that what's causing this to happen?

Well if you have an HDMI cable plugged into the back of the motherboard, it's hooked into the motherboards integrated video. I needed to make sure before I asked any other questions. But since you're being rude, I'll bode you good luck.
