Transferring OS from 4TB HDD to 250 GB SSD

Is it possible to transfer my OS from my 4 TB HDD to a SSD on the same computer? I put my OS on the 4 TB without realizing that since the OS is on the 4 TB HDD I cannot utilize the other 2 TB of hard drive space. :(

If you just did a fresh install of the OS, it might be best to just do another fresh one but this time on the SSD.

If you already installed everything and set everything up etc., you might consider cloning your HDD over to your SSD. You can clean up afterwards (= moving stuff from your SSD to your freshly formated HDD).

Depending upon which brand of SSD you have, some of them come with pretty good disk cloning software. What brand do you have?

How much data is on the 4 TB HDD? Is it over 250 GB? Is it all in one partition?
