Are these part good for gaming?

I'm planing to upgrade my mobo and cpu to run game better, I'm going to get a graphic card later when i have more money, I'm on a $300 budget for the CPU and mobo and want to know if these part are good.

I kinda want a atx mobo because I hear it a better choice for gaming, is there another mobo i should get, I prefer to shop at newegg.

No difference from ATX or mATX for any sort of performance.

Size is the only difference. And maybe a difference in PCI port available. Which are mostly useless anyway.

The Asus is a good choice. The CPU too. At that price the Asrock is not bad either.

I got one other question, I already have a Gigabyte GT 630 graphic card, should I keep using that or will the Integrated Graphics be better

The G630 is still quite a bit better than integrated. Keep using it.
