r9 280x, which version is the best along with best cpu for this ?

hello, i want to know which version of 280x should i buy ?
Also i would like to know best pc build for this graphics card. tell me including mother board , cpu, sound card if necessary . i need best sound and graphics too .

complete cpu setup for this too ?

Well I just built this, haven't had any bottlenecking yet and everything seems to be running well. If you get this mobo, make sure you don't install the usb drivers from gb and make sure it is Revision 4, other revisions have VRM issues.

AMD FX-8350 @ 4.5Ghz-1.45V
Coolermaster 212 Plus with an additional Sickleflow
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 Revision 4
Team Vulcan 2x8Gb 1600MHz
HIS R9 290x
Corsair CX 750M
Corsair 600T

As for sound, I personally like the Soundblasters.

Asus R9-280X DCUII or Sapphire R9-280X Toxic Edition would be the 2 I would recommend.

As for a build...what is your budget?
