Speed limit in cisco router

Hi, i have cisco router 3945 series my quz is I just want to configure the bandwidth limit for three site which are connected fro this router, any ideas plz

This is a commercial router so it has lots of options to do this. The easier ones to implement are part of the the QoS configuration. Look for sample of class based shaping or class based policing. If you do not know the difference between shaping and policing you have a lot to learn since the quality of service part of a router configuration is one of the more complex things it can do.
