Hey Peeps
Im a novice system builder and have been upgrading hardware in my pc.

When i play World of Warcraft i usually sit on 30fps in high pop areas (Orgrimmar and Two Moons) and drop right down to 2-7 fps in 25man raids and battlegrounds which makes it hard to play properly :/
My ms is usually around 250 (Home) and 200 - 300 (World)
The graphics are set as low as they can go which gave me a minor boost to fps but makes the game look well not that flash.

My system specs are as follows:

Intel Core i5 2400
MSI Z77 MPower Motherboard
8GB Corsair Dominator Platinum
AMD Radeon HD 7870 Graphics Card
Corsair AX760 PSU

Any suggestions on what the problem may be caused from and a way to fix it?

> note i am planning on buying a i7 3770k CPU as well as a Corsair H100i CPU Cooler in a few weeks

Maybe some spyware or virus?

Install malware-bytes and scan the system for any spyware...The program is excellent and you can try it for a trial period. I use free AV Avast so far so good, run also a scan on it if you dont have any antivirus up to date. And check how it goes.

IF you are clean let us know so we can pursue other options.
