Is my current build enough to play WOW and LOL at 1920x1200 or 1920x1080 at high settings with smooth gameplay?

I have a budget of after tax 700. All I want to do is play World of Warcraft and League of Legends   with a little web searching and netflix viewing every now and then. I dont need a mouse, keyboard or monitor. I'd appreciate helpful feedback that would help me get as close as possible to my goal (High settings on both games with smooth gameplay)

Imho you should get this computer instead. It has faster GPU, better motherboard for overclock, great PSU and case:

Here's a MUCH better build for the same price

CPU-AMD FX 6300
RAM-Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600
GPU-GIGABYTE GV-R927XOC-2GD Radeon R9 270X 2GB
Motherboard-GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+/AM3 AMD 970
HDD-Western Digital WD Blue 1TB
Power Supply-XFX Core Edition PRO650W
Case-NZXT Source 210
OS- Windows 7 HP SP1 (OEM) (64 BIT)

This should be able to run all games including WOW, League of Legends and other games at 1080p. There's no optical Drive (If you have a Old computer, take out the Optical Drive) and you don't need a sound card, sound cards are built into all MOBO's!

Check this build with a stronger GPU:

The MoBo youbsuggested is no longer at that price. And id like to not spend more then $130 on one. So other then the one I currently have picked out any other ideas?
