Upgrading from intel G2010 to Athlon 760k with fm2+ board,does it worth the upgrade.I will part-exchange the intel motherboard and cpu + 90$ for the amd side.

My current motherboard is ASROCK H61M-VG3 and Cpu Intel G2010.But the Lan port is broken and I'm going to get it fixed under warranty or part-exchange for this GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-HD3 (rev. 3.0) + athlon 760k.I need to give 70$ + mobo+cpu for the amd stuff in the end.Upgrade for i5 2500k or the cheapest i5 around here in bulgaria, second hand will cost me like 190$.Does it worth in the end the upgrade or i won't any difference.

I've went with amd fx -6100 and radeon 6970 from gigabyte.It was a deal because the cpu was only 70$ and i exchanged my 550ti+ 75$ for the 6970.The dealer will replace my motherboard with am3+ for free, and when i sell the old cpu the upgrade is coming around 80$.So im happy thx for the help.

I have bought the 6100 already,now the question is 6970vsGTX 580 or 7850, they are almost the same price range.Which one will be future proof for the next year and a half,two years?
