I am trying to change the colors for my Windows 8.1, Tiles and background colors, from what i set for the initial computer set up. I see videos of people hitting the settings then personalization button on the charms bar, when i hit that the personalize window pops (like right clicking desktop then hitting personalize). I went through PC settings and could not find anything.
