Hey guys just want to ask if my ram timing is okay. I feel that my rig isn't really performing at it's maximum potential.

The specs are:
HD7870 Oc. ED (w/ GPU Overdrive on)
FX-6300
8GB Ram
Tomb Raider on ultra I get 30-40fps (drops to 20fps occasionally).
Battlefield 4 is completely unplayable even on low.

If it's not the ram timings what could be the problem?

Ram would not be the issue there. That RAM isn't particularly fast, but you will never notice the difference in gaming. Can you post pictures of the other tabs in CPU-Z? This is likely
1. A graphics card issue.
2. A CPU issue.
3. Heat.

Yup. That's the problem.
CPU-Z clearly shows 2 cores / 2 threads instead of 6C/6T.

Edit:
Wait, CPU-Z shows F5 BIOS revision.
Check in BIOS if all cores are enabled.
