What adapter do I need to get my ASUS Xonar DS 7.1 working with PCI-e?

I recently bought an ASUS Xonar DS 7.1 and found out after it arrived that it wouldn't plug into my motherboard(Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3).
I've looked around at adapters for PCI to PCI-e, but judging from the images, none of them look as if they would plug into the card.
Does anyone know an adapter that will plug into my motherboard? Or should I try to order a DX or DSX?
