I have....
E 7500 C2D @2.91 Ghz
A newly purchased Nvidia 650 ti Boost
2 GB RAM

I am now planning to buy 4 GB RAM to replace 1 GB RAM slot [I have only two slots :( ] ,so there will be total 5 GB RAM,and I also plan to buy 400 w seasonic PSU which would replace my delta electronics PSU 280 w in stock,I don't want to compromise on Seasonic and can't afford higher powered PSU, So will be it much problem to my sytem load ?

Hello... 400 watts should be fine... But what motherboard do you have?... most of the socket 775 Motherboards have DDR2 memory and a MAX of 2gb per slot, and you may have to buy 2x2gb sticks... and you need to verify if you have a DDR2 or DDR3 slots, the middle slot key location is a quick way to tell the difference, WIKI "DDR" for a picture.
