First time builing a PC

Hello guys, i need some help with this if possible.

I wanna build a beast that runs lastest games on ultra

My budget is 1500€ just for the PC, i have monitor etc.

My preferences are:

CPU: Intel (the best possible)
Motherboard: MSI (the best possible)
GPU: Nvida (the best possible)
SSD: Samsung (the best possible)
HDD: Western digital (the best posible)
CPU cooler: Have no clue if cooler master are good.
PSU: Corsair (the best possible)

Id like advice on this, i want to buy it this week. Really thankful !

i7 really doesnt make much of a difference in gaming but if you want it go for it :). The system wont take that much power, I included some extra watts just incase if you wanted to get another GPU later on and SLI and i gives you a lot of overclocking capability for your processor.
It wont take any power when its off.

If you want to be future proof I would reccomend like 16 gb ram (2x8GB) and maybe an 850 watt PSU for SLI and a blu ray dvd player :). Then you will have a beastly computer.
