Can I use this graphic card on my PC?

Power Supply : a.pfc 500w fan 12 ci-power cwt
CPU: i3 550 3.2ghz
Case: ezcool, not sure about the model
RAM: 4GB
current graphic: Radeon HD 5770 1GB

I need it for new games like AC 4 or GTA V

What do you think?

It will probably work (not sure what mobo you have) - however, your most definitely going to bottleneck i3-550 with that gpu.

mobo = motherboard

The 270x will work better if you OC your cpu to 4.0ghz - will need to get a decent cpu cooler - can pick up a hyper evo 212 for $30

And can you suggest another gpu, that's a bit weaker but wont create bottlekneck

However, like I said you shouldn't have bottle-neck issues if you OC your cpu to 4.0ghz on the hyper evo using the 270x.
