Hi everyone,
I'm currently building a new pc, and I was wondering a few things....
Here are the components:

1) CPU: I5 3570 @ 3.40 Ghz
2) RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4) 1600Mhz
3) MOTHERBOARD: Asus P8Z77 V LX
4) GPU: GeForce GTX 660 2 GB
5) HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB 7500 RPM 64 Mb cache
6) PSU: 500 W Cooler Master (OWNED)
7) Optical drive : standard cd-rom reader
8) CASE: Not too sure on this either but it's an ATX Mid I think
9) Monitor: Samsung Sync Master BX2240

So my questions are:

1)Can I buy and use a 64 bit OS, if so could you suggest which os to buy?
2)Is the PSU good enough?
3)How many fps could it pull out of a game like bf3
4)Is it future proof? (Not high-end games)
5) Am I missing something? :D
6) What case would you suggest <$100? No window, just a plain looking case
Thanks for your help,
Have a nice day

Solution
1) I don't se why not. If you buy a 32-bit OS, your RAM will be limited to 4GB. I would recommend Windows 7 Home Premium, but you might hear a few others vouch for Windows 8.1 because it runs games slightly better.
2) From what I've read, CM PSUs aren't too spectacular, so if you can upgrade it to something made by Seasonic (XFX/Seasonic/Corsar, check the reviews first) then you should befine.
3) BF3 I think you could be close to maxing out, but in BF4 you'll be probably on high. You'll have to adjust according to get a constant 60.
4) You are buying a generation older components, but if you're fine with eventually playing on low, then any build can be future proof.

Which case would you suggest? No window or too many open areas, possibly black?
