Setting up a HDD in ASROCK Bios

Hi,
I have an HDD as well as a SSD. I've been running my SSD for ages and if I go into advanced on my ASROCK bios I can see the HDD in the advanced menu under SATA3_A1.

When I boot windows I can't find the HDD under my computer. Any help on how to activate the HDD?

You will need to format and partition the HDD inside windows

Its like taking all the rubbish out of a old filing cabinet and giving it a good clean so your computer can use it.
Unfortunately this involves removing all the data on that HDD if you need to keep the data tell me below and don't do anything to it and I will talk you through how to retrieve it after a format.
