How do I can setup 2 1920x1080 monitors to 1 GPU?

So I have Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 OC edition. It has 1 HDMI, 1 Display Port, 1 Dual Link DVI-I and 1 Dual Link DVI-D. I want both screens run full 1080p resolution.

Can I run example Battlefield 3 on primary monitor with good performance when secondary monitor is on the desktop?

My processor is Intel Core i7 4770K

Yes but unless you make BF3 run in windows mode you won't be able to just easily move the mouse over to the desktop. A lot of times games will make them go black if you run in full screen. IF you Alt+Tab it too many time you will risk crashing the game too. happens alot.
