I want to upgrade my pc for gaming ?

I currently have:

CPU : Intel Pentium Extreme Edition 840 3.2GHz

Motherboard : NVIDIA NFORCE 680i SLI

RAM : 4 GB DDR2

Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 2GB

Thats all i know for my pc im and im in the canada (sorry im french so im not good at english).

Butget 300$ Max

You need upgrade the whole PC (CPU+MB+RAM), and saving more money for the other GPU later, because the gtx260 is still good for some games. You can reuse the HDD, case, DVD/CD drive, if the HDD and DVD/CD is the SATA one.
AMD FX-6300 + ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 , if you get the 2x4GB RAM then the budget is $310.
