I have a Acer Aspire one notebook , and i keep getting a pop up saying WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/CONFIG/SYSTEM. missing or currupt. and to recovery use original cd-rom cd? or press R at first screen to recover. I don't have a cd -rom drive on this computer or another computer to transfer recovery system files how can i fix this ???

This is your operating system, if you have bought a copy of Windows and if you do not have an optical unit to read the files from the CD on the computer then you are going to have to reinstall/fix the problem from your USB flash drive.
