Hi,

I am now reaching my wits end trying to get my USB 3 drivers installed for my new PC.

I have an Asus Gryphon Z87 that when I plug in a USB 3 device into either a USB 3 or 2 port, it doesn't display (windows does the connection noise), but nothing happens thereafter.

I have attempted to install the official drivers but I get a "you do not meet the minimum requirements" error from the setup exe.

Can anyone suggest any alternative to get these ports working with USB 3 devices?

It's worth noting that USB 2 devices work fine in USB 3 ports.

Solved it almost as soon as I posted this, turns out what I had to do was uninstall one of the USB Controller drivers (non USB 3), go into the MB CD, find the driver setup.exe (which wasn't working before) and then it installed the drivers fine - USB 3 is all up and running now :)
