Well, im sure that this works, but I would like to know if this is considered as a positive or negative airflow.

This setup gave me the best temperatures for my cpu ( after playing around with lots of different settings)

Not really. If we're talking about 60-65c or 70-75c. Above that(eg 90-100) your cpu start throttling to reduce the heat
