Well this is something new for me. Try removing your gfx card and your mobo display output.

Try booting it first through mobo output only and if its everything is fine, put the card back in and check if it comes back to normal.

Btw using other browsers create same issue right?

Can be driver issues as well. Try re-installing your GPU driver aswell.

Sorry for not helping much as I havent faced this kinda problem or ever heard about it

You may have broken your CPU...but before you jump to any conclusions try this:
1. Check your disk for errors (right click on a disk drive, select Properties, select Tools, select Check for errors).
2. Restart your modem/router (you never know).
3. Open Cmd as an Administrator, type sfc/scannow. It will scan your PC for anything strange.

Goodluck mate :p

Cmd = Console. Just search Windows for Cmd and run it as Administrator, then type sfc/scannow. :)

You could also try refreshing your Windows Experience Index (right click on Computer, select Properties, select Experience Index and refresh it).

The only other thing I can think of is, make sure that ALL your software is up-to-date (drivers, Windows, etc).
