Intel DZ68BC getting E4 AND E6 while booting

Well I got this motherboard and was running it fine but noticed that when it boots up and got E4 and E6 and some other numbers which change really fast and I couldnt make them out but I just want to know why. I am running it with 8 gigs vengeance 1600 mhz I think and i7 3770k. Yes I have installed the new bios version for my cpu and I also got a blue screen at the start telling me something was wrong and then it automatically restored my computer to a previous time and it messed up my anti virus etc and would not let me uninstall it. I had to reset my hard drive and re install windows all over again and now I am typing this because I really dont want something like that to happen again. I have not got all my drivers installed atm but i doubht that would give me a bunch of errors starting up. I will install them now and see anyways but I dont think it made a difference last time.
