How do I make my computer the Network Domain Admin

My family owns a small business where there is 4 computers, They want the main computer to be able to view and see what other computers are doing, They got software but it says the computer needs to be the domain group admin.

This is usually done using Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 Group Policy on the Active Directory/ Domain Controller Server.

Go through their FAQ and technical requirements. It will tell you how to install the software on various platforms.
"Domain Admin" is not necessarily what you need.
