Can i use my Battlefield 4 disk on multiple computers?

So i was buying a PS4 but decided to just spend extra on a PC so i had bf4 paid off but instead of getting my money back i decided to get the PC version. The thing is that im about 2 weeks away from getting it, but i want to play it. Can i use it on my brother's pc and when i build mine can i use it then also? or is the disk like a one use thing?

It's also easier to just buy it in Origin, but with it being a bad gaming client, retail makes it better, not easier though, but you should be able to use the same key across multiple devices, but cannot play multiplayer at the same time.
