My acer laptop won't let me change it to English it doesn't give me that option

I have a acer laptop window 8 and it does not let me change the language to English I tried the control panel clock region language etc it doesn't have the English option is there anyway to change the language from italian or Spanish to English

Hopefully an easy fix:

Press Windows Key + C and click on settings.
Click "Change the settings of the PC"
Click on the General tab and then "Language preferences"
Select "Add Language".
Select English, add and confirm. From here, you can set the options to make this your default. You'll need to be connected to the internet to download and install the language pack (thought it may already be loaded).
