CPU to CPU(easy question)

Hey, does changing cpu, say from i3 2130 to i52400 change any of the settings on the computer and do you reckon there would be a big difference in load time from turning on computer from a i3 to i5, or it that change only noticed in games under load

There are no settings to change when changing cpu. Turn on time will be unaffected. If you want to speed that up, you want a ssd. You will not see a speed difference in everything. You probably won't notice anything. Only under heavy cpu load will you see a difference which is most likely only in games for most people.
