I got a Powercolor PCS+ HD7870 Myst edition a few days ago. The computer won't POST with the graphics card installed. This is the second one I've had. The first had the same issues. I even bought a new PSU. An EVGA 600 watt. 80+ Bronze. No luck. Any ideas?
