First time build, need help!

Purpose: Gaming/ Console Game Streaming

I want it to play WoW and to stream my Call of Duty Xbox game play. This is my first build so I don't know where to start tbh.. any more information needed let me know! Thank you.

Forgot the case in the first build, so I adjusted it above. Here is what I'd consider for an i5 3570k build, but notice I had to drop the SSD to fit the budget plus I added the GTX 760, if that interests you. Normally I would go with a R9 280x, but it won't fit the budget unless we drop the CPU down to an i5 3350p (no OC'ing this CPU).
