New gaming rig. need some helpful tips!

So I'm building a new PC. I want to run battlefield 4 and other upcoming games on max settings 1080p around 90+ fps. So my list is below. How well will it perform and should I change the CPU to the amd 8350 with a sabertooth 2.0? I will be over clocking the CPU either way.Make any suggestions if you'd like. Thanks for all the help!
