USB Mouse and Keyboard "malfunction"?

My issues began when I installed my new motherboard.

When Windows detects a new USB device and tries to install the drivers, my mouse and keyboard malfunction and the lights on them begin to flicker. The only solution to make them stop flickering is to restart the computer (that I've found). The problems only persist after I sign into my computer. It'll work occasionally but the problem still persists. Any thoughts?

Here's my current USB devices:

Logitech G510 Keyboard
Razer Mamba Mouse
Astro MixAmp

When the keyboard and mouse decide to go haywire, my mixamp still continues to function properly.

At the time of writing this, they're functioning properly. I feel like if I reconnect either the mouse or keyboard, it's going to break again.

Do you have any flash drives or memory card readers to test(they tend to need more power).

Your MixAmp seems to have its own power source(based on my friend Google) meaning that even if usb power is messing up, that it may still work.

Another thing to look at would be to check to see if the motherboard maker has a bios update for this type of issue.

I've determined by unplugging my mouse and plugging in another that it's the mouse that's the issue. It appears that my Razer Mamba malfunctions and causes issues with it and the keyboard.
