Gaming rig that can record or livesteam BF4 for $1000

The title basically explains it. I am looking for a gaming rig that I can run BF4 at high setting and also be able to maintain those settings while recording or livestreaming. Hopefully this can be accomplished with $1000. I live in New York if that helps with shipping prices.

Here you go - this is going to be an excellent rig for $1000. You could fit an i7 in there by dropping the SSD, but I wouldn't do that. Also, with the price drops, a 770 is the perfect fit for your budget.
