I am planning to build an new pc and my main concern is the motherboard selection. My purpose is gaming and best overclocking performance.I have read somewhere that the UD4H offers more vrms than the UD3H and the same vrms with UD5H.So I am between UD3H AND UD4H.So what do you think would be the best choice? If you have any other suggestions I am glad to hear. The other components of my build is :
Intel i7-4770k
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 4GB GDDR5 GV-N760OC-4GD
Corsair Force LS 2,5" SSD 120 GB
G.SKILL F3-2400C10D-16GTX 16GB (2X8GB) DDR3 PC3-19200 2400MHZ TRIDENTX DUAL CHANNEL KIT

I'd go the 4H, but as another option, look at the Asus Maximus VI Hero, that's what I chose after a number of builds, including the GB mobos and higher end mobos

I have read that UD4H offers 16 vrms and VI hero offers 8.Isn't it important considering overclocking?I am a newbie considering overclocking and I am looking for the best features for the future.

What type of OCing are you planning? If going to very high end, mobo, GPU and CPU and looking to hit 4.7-4.8 or something - then maybe....I have my 4770K at 4.6 on my Hero with 32GB of 2666 DRAM and a 280X with no problem on air

That's going to entirely depend on the CPU you recieve, most all will get to 4.4, about 70% can hit 4.5 and it decreases from there, Asus did some testing on a couple hundred of the 4770Ks and came up with this:

Think you'd be good with the Hero ;)

It's a good mobo also and will work fine, I like having the full size ATX mobo like the Hero for the extra slot and oft times additional ports
