I've decided to upgrade my GPU just not sure which route I want to go, especially with the price drop and 290x coming out. I'm gaming with 3 1680x1050 monitors but will be upgrading to 3 1080 monitors after I get the GPU stuff sorted so I need GPU(s) that are up to the task. Any help is appreciated.

Option 1. Get another GTX 760 4GB and SLI - cost $300 out of pocket

Option 2. Return 760 and get Single GTX 780 or 290x - cost $250 out of pocket

Option 3. Return 760 and get 770 4GB and upgrade PSU and SLI later. cost $80 out of pocket initially

Option 4. ???

Solution
I'd go the 780 or 290X (prob the 780), should suffice for now, and prices should drop in about 3 months or so when they roll out their new line of GPUs in the 1 quarter

Well non-reference coolers for the 290x dont come out until late November at the earliest. Probably going with the GTX 780 for now. The MSI Lightning 780 is $539 on newegg right now. Micro Center still has it listed at $849..?? Wish they would get their prices adjusted as I'd rather buy locally.
