So when you try to turn on the system, the CPU LED blinks and then shuts off? This is the led thats on the lower left of the dimm slots correct?

Has it ever booted up before? Do the fans spin? Anything displayed on the screen?

All the power cabling is connected? The 24pin and the two 4 pin (8 pin) on the top of the board?

If those are connected, I would pull the CPU out and make sure that none of the pins are bent.

Yes, correct, it will flash once on start up, then roughly 30 seconds later, it will flash again, then shut off.

No, this is the first time I've tried booting up, yes the fans spin, and no nothing is displayed on the screen.

All the power cabling to power the gpu, cpu, and motherboard for right now yes, that's all i have connected to it at the moment, and it's outside of the case.

After shuts down, the CPU becomes hot to the touch, but i don't see any bent pins.
