Note: I have an AMD HD Radeon 7870 2gb

All that shows is the Integrated graphics.

When I try to download the driverse from the CD, all i get is "visit xfxforce.com"

When I try downloading catalyst it says that Install Package failure.

Make sure that your graphics card is installed properly, make sure that EVERYTHING is up-to-date (e.g. Windows), refresh your Experience Index.
If you don't know how to do some of those, I'm sure Google will know :p

make sure you have the chipset drivers for the mb installed and the mb has the newest bios and the gpu if it has two power plugs both are plugged in.
