Graphic card i need to buy

Can anyone please suggest a graphic card under rs.4000 in INDIA...ASAP
my specs:
windows 8 32 bit
intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz (2CPUs)
2GB RAM
directX 11
i want to play games like battlefield 4, assassins creed 4, gta V, watch dogs in medium settings....

The games you mentioned...requires minimum quad core CPU...4-6 GB RAM..at a good GPU..(at least 650 ti, ATI 7750)..
however if you want to play these games in your system.. you will need 6 GB RAM..and one of the GPU....atleast get 650 ti or 7750.
also if you get these parts you wont max it out..your rig will run them in lowest-medium custom setting..
