So i don't plan to overclock so i don't Z87 boards so H87 my best option right ?

H87 chipsets does not support splitting the 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes, that is why these mobos have one PCIe 3.0 X16 slot.



interesting, sounds cool, i haven't heard about such thing though, thanks ;).
 

it also has 2 PCIex16 slots ,support for crossfire too, but the second one working at 4x electricaly, so droping performance, but still interesting

true, i didn't mention the xfire support on the second PCI X4 since he already have an Nvidia card.
