hello, im upgrading from a gt 440, what card do you guys recommend to get, im looking to spend around $250 or a bit more, i play moslty cs:source and civ v.

Look no further than the GTX 760. It's a massive step up from your GT 440. It'll be insanely overkill for Counter Strike or Civ 5, just to let you know.
