This is my first post here, although i usually read a lot of threads here to get information.
As you can guess by the title i'm trying to build a system that will utilize AMD APU and eyefinity. I will most likely go with an itx form factor and an a8-5800k without using a dedicated GPU. I have looked at mobo's and some of them support eyefinity (GA-F2A85XN-WIFI)
My questions are:
1. Is it possible to setup eyefinity with out a dedicated gpu?
2. If so, how can i set it up? I can't seem to find and tutorials on how to.
To clarify I assume you mean an A10-5800k and to answer your questions:
1. Yes you can run an eyefinity set up without a discrete GPU on Trinity based APU's
2. This will be mobo dependent, ensure it has triple monitor support (the one you mentioned does not, it only supports eyefinity through discrete GPU's and not natively, I do not know of a mini-ITX board that does to be honest)

How can I know if the board supports eyefinity natively? Based on your input there is no itx board that supports the feature as of yet. Can you give me suggestions on what mobos that supports it? A micro-atx board maybe?
So Eyefinity technically may not be the correct term here, what you are looking for is triple monitor support, so a mobo that has DVI + HDMI + D-sub display outputs at a minimum. An AMD ITX board with triple monitor support may exist I am just not aware of one (Intel yes) sorry. Micro-ATX yes, something like the GA-F2A75M-D3H would be fine.
