Highest temps for fx-8350?

I got an fx-8350 yday that i installed with artic cooling mx-4 thermal paste and my antec kuhler h2o 620 cooler, my idle temp is at about 42-49 degrees and my load under bf3 is like 63-65 Degrees i had some problem putting the coller back on, so i may had got some air bubbles there. so im gonna redo it today.

So my real question is what is the max safe temp for the fx-8350, some say that amd said max for it is 61 degrees while others say you sould first worry when it gets 70+ degrees?

So what is the safe max temps for it?

i know, i did the pea size in midle i did not put that much, i do not think i did put too little either, i think its because i had some problems putting the cooler on top back on, so that i got some air bubbles in there. gonna do it today anway and see

ok, i will redo the thermal paste and cooler today once i get home from work, i havent even dared to do a prime or occt because i think it will go 70+ if it goes 63-65 already while gaming, my old fx-4100 oc to 4,2 ghz was max 53 degrees when gaming and max 63 degrees under stress test
