I have internet access in mornings and evenings only on laptop but all the time on tablet

First thing is to check what's running only in between morning and evening... use the Taskmanager (right click taskbar and select Task Manager)... if necessary take a screenshot in the morning, another one when there's no connection and a third one in the evening to check running processes side by side.
Second; check Control Panel \ Scheduled Tasks and see if anything is scheduled to run when you have no Internet Connection...
Third; Run Complete Internet Repair 2.0.0.1490 to attempt a connection repair.
