gtxn780 sli with normal gtx780?

So I take it the brand and model of "normal" 780 you have now is no longer available, or out of stock?

You CAN SLI any 780 with any 780, but for best results, and not wasting potential of another card, I would make sure the two are as close as possible in spec.

So the answer to your question is "Yes".

It's best to match the two cards exactly to avoid any potential issues.

Is buying another MSI N780 out of the question for some reason? So far as I'm aware the "N" is just a part of MSI's model designation, BTW.
