Will this system bottleneck?

Hi everyone, I haven't bought the titan yet but I'm very interested in doing so although I'm not sure if I would need a new CPU with it.

GeForce GTX TITAN SuperClocked 6GB
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2 GHz Six Core (Not overclocked)
16GB RAM (8x2)

I'm open for any suggestions and please tell me if you need more system specs!

In badly threaded programs/games, I would say yes.

Honestly though, you could OC and get away with it for a while.

Would you recommend any CPUs with an single TITAN build?
Budget isn't really a problem I just want a solid running system.
