OK so I built a computer last year and didn't fully understand the difference between the 990x and 990fx mb so I purchased the 990x I recently bought another xfx7870 to run xfire and they are only running 8x instead of 16x. Is it worth it to buy a 990fx board? how much increase in performance can I expect?
