Which one should I buy: Second Gtx 660 OC edition or Amd Radeon R9 290X?

So I have now one gtx 660 OC edition. I'm going to run 2 monitors with 1920 x 1080 resolution.

The price is about the same with both solutions because I have to buy new PSU.

adding another 660 is definitely the cheaper option here for close to the performance of 780(which is slightly lower than 290x)
However, if you don't care about the cost then 290x is the better option.

My prosessor is Intel Core i7 4770 and 8gb 1600Mhz RAM
