To begin with, I've been planning on building a new PC, complete PC builder BEGINNER, been doing research.

Please and thank you to everyone who has put time and thought to replying back here. Thanks :)

Budget: USD $1000 - $1300
Function: Main computer usage, movies and BF4 gaming (on High mostly with some Ultra settings).
Monitor: SAMSUNG B300 Series S23B300B Black 23" (I already own this).

>>> So I need help on this buylist for construction:

OS: Windows 8
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5ghz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16 GB (8*2)
Harddrive: WD Black 1 TB
Motherboard: ____________
GPU: GTX 760 4GB ........ vs. GTX 670 4 GB
Power: ____________
Case: ____________
*CD Reader and Sound Card, but I'll get something cheap/decent.

Questions:
1) I have no idea about Motherboards + Power Supply + Case
2) I was thinking 750? I live in Hong Kong by the way, does that change anything?
3) Looking for a non-flashy/classic looking case that brought me to the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2, but I saw that it had vibration issues. >>> Am I looking for a mid-tower? Any recommendations?
4) Also, do I need to keep in check that my current or voltage is below a certain value, I read somewhere about 1.5V for the CPU processor or something on another thread*********
5) Any recommendations on the graphics card? BF4 recommends GTX 660 3GB*********

>>> Am I missing some component? I was planning on using the fans from the cases, is this enough?

I fully appreciate your advices! I need some help!

Lets just say the price points 'should' be relatively similar to the US. All local stores that I'll go to.

>>> What would you change to 'do better'?

This build is is going to maximize your budget, this will run all games maxed out 1080p at high frames, no matter what games, and will be amazing at other task, if in the future you want to upgrade further, you could buy another r9 280x and run crossfire at the same time..doubling your frames pretty much :DD http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1VzrQ ;3

Otherwise, just downgrade the GTX 780 to a 770/280X for a huge saving and you're good to go (maybe after that you can get a 250+ GB SSD).

I think the GTX 780 might be too beast mode. I was thinking of the R9 280x cause of the 3GB - it's cheaper than the GTX 670/770 @ 4GB since they don't come any lower.
>>> Recommended GPU RAM at 3. Or maybe I'm worrying too much here.

1) Why 2 storages, likewise, I'm a noob. Pros and cons?
2) What would you choose? 280x 3GB vs 760/770/670 4GB?

THANKS Pepito! I appreciate it!

1) One storage is an SSD, it's small but really fast. This is where you will load your OS, after that you will get really fast loading times, like mere seconds between your PC is turned off to fully functional. The other is a traditional Hard Drive for storage.

2) Ok, maybe I went a little overboard with the 780. For your budget I'd get no less than a 770 or 280X. The extra GPU RAM helps when you're playing at higher resolutions or in multi monitor setups, at 1080p it doesn't make a difference. As for performance, both cards are pretty much tied (with a slight advantage to the 770), I'd choose the one with the best game bundle for your taste.
