At first I was thinking it's maybe my CG (Sapphire HD7870), so I've sent it to back to the warranty and got a new one , but still same problem , so i've exchanged it to another one (MSI GTX 660 Ti) , but still the same problem .
I'm thinking that this should be a DRAM issue or a motherboard issue or an OS issue .
MB : Asus maximus 4 gene-z
DR : G.Skill Ripjaws-X 2x4 GB 2133mhz
OS : win 7 ultimate 64bit
Thanks alot

Although 65C is warm, it should not cause shutdowns. A better fan ought to easily knock 15C off that though. I use and recommend the Xigmatek Gaia over the more frequently parroted but more expensive and slightly inferior Hyper212 EVO:

Unlike the Hyper212 EVO (ignore the URL; it IS the EVO they tested), the Gaia never throttled, although it wasn't always the coolest depending on the fan used. Both got awards, but if you factor in the price, the Gaia wins hands down.
It may be a RAM issue, so you should test your RAM with Memtest86+.
It could also be a power issue. What is the brand and model (not just wattage) of your PSU?
What are your temperatures, especially of the CPU and graphics card? Is the PSU fan howling, and blowing really hot air?

Thanks for the really fast answer !
No overheat at all GPU runs at 50° degrees ( in game ) CPU around 60°
PSU is : Corsair GS700
running memtest86+ atm will share the results as soon as I get them

Temp of the CPU never goes over 65°C , i'm using the CPU fan that has been provided with my intel 2600k

Memtest86+ found no errors , i've run 2 pass ! (gonna run more on different frequencies)

Thanks for the advice i'm thinking of getting one of those , but to be honest I don't think it will solve my problem (i'm getting one anyways).
